FLASHPOINT Human Rights Film Festival brings together human rights films from around the world to offer hope that change is possible and each one of us can be a flashpointer for change
Congratulations for 2nd edition of Flashpoint... its sad to know that MIRAL's repeat screening has not been scheduled . . I can understand opening day ceremony by invitation only,
but MIRAL is important film of event. So if you don't keep a repeat screening for it, In a film festival based on Human Rights isn't it unfortunate to discriminate like this
We are truly sorry Hitesh, I completely agree with what you say. But we managed to get the permission from the French Embassy in India for only one screening in Mumbai, which they negotiated with with the distributors of MIRAL. We will try again for sure and maybe hold a screening next month when everyone can attend. Sridhar Rangayan Festival Director
